Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Livomiva (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

A user may request an order cancellation under the following circumstances:

  • The order has not yet entered the shipping process

  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues or system-related errors

  • The purchaser decides not to proceed and submits a cancellation request within the allowable window

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Users may still submit a request under the Return & Exchange Policy if eligible.

2. Order Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request cancellation and provide:

    • Order number

    • Proof of payment

    • (Optional) Reason for cancellation

  2. We will review the request as soon as possible.
    If approved, we will notify you promptly using your provided contact details and proceed with refund arrangements.

3. Refund Information

Once a cancellation request has been confirmed, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original method of payment (such as bank card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
