The following shipping terms apply to products sold by Livomiva (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) through our online store.

1. Shipping Coverage
Shipping is currently available across Australia nationwide.
Shipping is not supported to countries outside Australia at this time.

2. Shipping Fee Policy

• Orders of 100 AUD or more (including 100 AUD) qualify for free shipping

• Orders below 100 AUD incur a flat shipping fee of 8.99 AUD

3. Taxes
All listed prices include applicable taxes. No additional tax charges will be added at checkout.

4. Cut-off Time
Orders placed and confirmed before 18:00 (Australia local time) will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next day.
If submitted on a rest day, processing begins on the next working day.

5. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being handed over to the carrier.

6. Shipping Timeframe
Once dispatched, the expected shipping timeframe is 6–10 business days.
Actual arrival time may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, and factors outside our control.

We work with commonly used Australian carriers, including but not limited to:

8. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
Customers may track status updates via the carrier’s official website.

9. Statement of Responsibility
Once orders are transferred to the carrier, shipping and transportation are handled by the carrier.
If delays, damage, or loss occur, we will assist in contacting the carrier and pursuing a resolution.
Errors in address information may result in delays or failed delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

10. Receipt Notice
Upon receiving the package, please inspect the packaging and contents promptly.
If issues are found, contact us within a reasonable time with photos and order information so we may assist.
