Refund Policy

 

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to products purchased from Livomiva (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) through our online store.

1. Validity Period

A return or exchange request may be submitted within 45 days from the date of receipt.

2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under any of the following circumstances:

  1. The item has visible appearance issues

  2. The item has quality-related defects

  3. The item has noticeable odor, severe color variance, or similar concerns

  4. The received item does not match the order

  5. A return or exchange is requested within the valid period without reason

3. Return & Exchange Process

The process for returns and exchanges follows the same steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return or exchange and provide:

    • Order number

    • Proof of payment

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Relevant product photos or videos

  2. We will review your request as soon as possible. If approved, we will notify you using your provided contact details and provide the return address:

  3. Send the item back to the designated return address and retain the shipping proof for follow-up if needed

  4. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to verify the reported issue

  5. If the inspection is approved:

    • For returns: we will arrange your refund

    • For exchanges: we will arrange shipment of the replacement item within 1–3 business days

4. Refund Details

Once the return has passed inspection, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method (e.g., bank card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
If you do not receive the refund within the expected time frame, please contact us for assistance.

5. Cost Responsibility

  1. If the request is due to:

    • Appearance defects

    • Quality issues

    • Odor or severe color discrepancies

    • Item not matching the order
      We will cover the shipping cost

  2. If the request is a no-reason return or exchange:
    You will be responsible for all shipping costs

6. Responsibility Statement

If the item is damaged or altered due to improper use or handling after receipt, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.
Any delays, returns, or additional charges caused by incorrect contact or shipping information are the responsibility of the requester.

7. Return Label

Each package includes a return label for your convenience.
If the return label is missing, please contact us to obtain a replacement label.
